The vision agent drives Amazon search, then the Rust API extracts the top 5 product cards from the current page.

Use this when you need fresh Amazon search results from the authenticated persistent browser context instead of cached snapshots. The endpoint returns the current top five visible search cards with price, rating, reviews, ASIN, and direct Amazon links.
